Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is only valid with confirmation via written/digital document (email, hand-written with signature, etc...).
- Cancellation, which is made by telephone is only deemed as informing and is not valid until a final confirmation via written/digital documents was sent.
- In some cases, cancellation made by messaging via Social App such as Messenger, What'sApp, Zalo or Viber is accepted. In such cases, proof of Identification need to be provided such as Real Point of Time Captured Photos and Real Point of Time Captured ID Cards.

- If you cancel confirming the tour in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 20 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 15 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 07 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 75 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 07 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation made >48 Hours of departure date: FREE of Charge
- Cancellation made from 24 Hours to 48 Hours of departure date: 75% Charge
- Cancellation made <24 Hours of departure date: 100% Charge
Confirmation Policy
- Confirmation is only valid if deposit or full payment has been made and be confirmed back by our system
- In some cases, we accept booking confirmation made by written email or Social App (What'sApp, Zalo, Viber, Messenger)
- In some cases, if you have not receive a confirmation back from us, please contact us immediately after you have successfully deposited or paid in full.
