Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only valid with confirmation via written/digital document (email, hand-written with signature, etc...).
Cancellation, which is made by telephone is only deemed as informing and is not valid until a final confirmation via written/digital documents was sent.
In some cases, cancellation made by messaging via Social App such as Messenger, What'sApp, Zalo or Viber is accepted. In such cases, proof of Identification need to be provided such as Real Point of Time Captured Photos and Real Point of Time Captured ID Cards.

If you cancel confirming the tour in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 20 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel 15 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel 07 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 75 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 07 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Tour itinerary

New Year Eve & Spectacular View Of Firework In Saigon River (D)

2130: For guests that staying in centre districts hotels you will need to walk to the meeting point at Saigon Centre Post Office. For other locations, Vietnam Travel Group staff will pickup by bus at the hotel.

2230: Arrive at Villa Song Saigon. Watching the beauty of Saigon at night from the river view while enjoying the excellent Canapé set menu that specially cooked by Villa Song’s Chef.

2330: Departing from Villa Song, our speedboat will take you around the Thanh Da Island and then head to the centre district to enjoy an unique view of the firework and celebrating the New Year Eve with fellow travelers.

0015: Return to Villa Song.

0100: Drop off at your hotel.

*Note: We will arrange the meeting point at the Centre Post Office, as almost all of major roads in the are blocked before the new year eve, for guests that staying in the center district hotels, you will need to walk with our tour guide to the meeting point. For hotels that outside of the centre districts, our staff will pickup you at your hotel by bus.
