Trip Exclusions
- Beverages and other meals are not mentioned in the program.
- Visa fees to Vietnam
- Early check-in and late check-out at all hotels
- Personal Expenses (laundry, telephone, shopping…)
- Tipping/Gratuities, Single supplement
- Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.

- Rain-coat in case of raining reason

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Please refer to cancellation Policy and:
- Please read the Itinerary carefully, failure to do so will result in misunderstanding of our services and thus we will be in no obligation to be responsible for such case, thus no refund shall be given.
- Please be on time as our confirmation provided by our team stated. If failure to do so (more than 5 minutes of delay), resulting with missed pick-up, Vietnam Travel Group shall not be responsible for your lateness. No refund shall be given.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email. Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
